Cancelation Policy

You can cancel your WrenchFlow subscription at any time. There are no cancelation fees and no minimum term beyond what is set out in your order.

How to cancel

Email hugo@baythreesoftware.ca from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Cancel subscription”. Include your business name. We will confirm cancelation by email, typically within one business day.

In-app self-serve cancelation will be available in a future release. Until then, email is the supported cancelation channel.

When cancelation takes effect

Cancelation stops the next renewal. Your access to the Service continues until the end of your current billing period, after which the account is downgraded to a read-only state for a limited time (see “Data export” below).

Refunds on cancelation

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. In short: cancelation alone does not generate a refund of fees already paid for the current billing period.

Data export

After cancelation, your data remains available for export for at least 30 days. During that window you can request an export of customer, vehicle, repair-order, invoice, and message data in a machine-readable format. After the export window, data is deleted from active systems and from backups in the ordinary course as described in our Privacy Policy.

Reactivation

If you change your mind, contact us before the export window ends and we will reactivate the account where possible.
